By accessing and using yatesmexico.com and the services of Yates México (yacht sales and brokerage, charter, marine paperwork and private flights), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or contract our services.
02ServiciosServices
Yates México facilita la compra, venta y copropiedad de yates de lujo, así como servicios de charter, transporte privado, gestoría marina e importación. Actuamos como intermediario (broker) entre compradores y vendedores. La información de cada embarcación se publica de buena fe y puede cambiar sin previo aviso; precios, disponibilidad y especificaciones deben confirmarse con un asesor.
Yates México facilitates the purchase, sale and co-ownership of luxury yachts, as well as charter, private transport, marine paperwork and import services. We act as an intermediary (broker) between buyers and sellers. Information on each vessel is published in good faith and may change without notice; prices, availability and specifications must be confirmed with an advisor.
03Rutas e itinerarios (charter)Routes and itineraries (charter)
Muchos clientes desean definir la ruta. Para ofrecer un servicio todo incluido, la velocidad (7–10 nudos) y la ruta se fijan para poder calcular costos. Cambios de itinerario o velocidad son posibles con un costo adicional a discutir con nuestros consultores.
Yates México®, sus agentes y afiliados se reservan el derecho de efectuar cualquier modificación en el itinerario, incluidos cambios por razones de comodidad o seguridad. Consultaremos con el cliente cualquier cambio de itinerario o fecha del evento.
Many clients wish to define the route. To offer an all-inclusive service, speed (7–10 knots) and route are set in order to calculate costs. Itinerary or speed changes are possible at an additional cost to be discussed with our consultants.
Yates México®, its agents and affiliates reserve the right to modify the itinerary, including changes for comfort or safety reasons. We will consult the client on any change of itinerary or event date.
04Reservas y pagosBookings and payments
Las reservas de charter se confirman con un anticipo (por ejemplo, 580 USD) para formalizar la reservación; el saldo restante puede liquidarse antes de la salida. Para transacciones de compraventa, los términos de pago, depósitos y condiciones suspensivas se establecen en el contrato de compraventa correspondiente.
Charter bookings are confirmed with a deposit (for example, 580 USD) to formalize the reservation; the remaining balance may be settled before departure. For purchase transactions, payment terms, deposits and contingencies are set out in the corresponding purchase agreement.
05Limitación de responsabilidadLimitation of liability
Yates México no será responsable por daños indirectos derivados del uso del sitio o de embarcaciones operadas por terceros. La navegación implica riesgos inherentes; clientes y tripulación deben observar las indicaciones de seguridad del capitán en todo momento.
Yates México shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or of vessels operated by third parties. Sailing involves inherent risks; clients and crew must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times.
06Propiedad intelectualIntellectual property
Todo el contenido del sitio —textos, logotipos, marcas YATES MÉXICO® e YATESMEXICO®, fotografías e íconos— es propiedad de Yates México o se usa con licencia. Queda prohibida su reproducción sin autorización.
All site content — texts, logos, the YATES MÉXICO® and YATESMEXICO® trademarks, photographs and icons — is the property of Yates México or is used under license. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
07Ley aplicableGoverning law
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de La Paz, Baja California Sur.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of La Paz, Baja California Sur.
